Alive and Kicking – Kenya

The project « Mental Health Through Football Coaching» uses football coaching to integrate mental health education in young people physical education classes.

The project « The Youth Mind Fitness Project » aims to organise sport activities and workshops addressed at young people with experts and sport icons to raise awareness about mental health issues and increase access to the support services available.

The project « Unified Women’s Football for Health, Mutual Aid and Equity » aims to organise a unified football tournament featuring discussion sessions on the benefits of sport and inclusion, on violence against women and on sexual health. It will also set up medical screening to foster beneficiaries’ access to health.
