This challenge, launched by Sport en Commun in collaboration with La Guilde Européenne du Raid on the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace on 6 April, aims to raise awareness by inviting organisations to reflect on the values of sport as fundamental principles of peaceful and inclusive societies.

General presentation

The competition is reserved for African non-profit organisations, and consists in imagining a photo illustrating the following message : “Sport and Celebrations”. One photo will be selected by a jury composed of members of La Guilde and Sport en Commun. The winner will receive a “Surface Pro7+, Intel Core i5/8/128 configuration in professional version with keyboard” computer worth €1,108.47 including VAT. The selected photo will be published on the Sport en Commun and La Guilde’s websites and social networks on April 6th 2022 on the sideline of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace.

 

Eligibility criteria

  • Be a non-profit organisation registered in an African country
  • Be registered on the Sport en Commun platform (clicking here if not already done )
  • Guarantee the originality and authenticity of the proposed photo
  • Make a commitment to respect the image rights of the persons featured in the proposed photo
  • Complete the dedicated application form once connected

The competition will be open on Monday 14 March 2022 at 4pm (GMT). The deadline for submitting photos is Sunday 3 April 2022 at 4pm (GMT).
