“Women, Sport and Health” 2021
Overview
Following the success of the pilot call for projects launched in January 2020, CONFEJES launches the 2021 edition of the call for projects on the theme “Women – Sport – Health”. Following the example of the previous edition, the call for projects “Women – Sport – Health” 2021, aims to promote the coalition of complementary actors (Public and Private) around concrete projects while empowering economic development actors for the benefit of women’s sport.

- Eligible countries: CONFEJES Member States and governments (zones B, C, D, and E)
- Beneficiaries: associations, NGOs, sports federations, public authorities (local; regional)
- Theme: women – sport – health
- Target segment: microprojects (multisport)
- Type of funding: grants
- Award amount: €10,000 maximum (representing up to 90% of the cost of the project)
- Eligible expenses: those expressly associated with the implementation of the project (operating expenses are not covered)
- Selection method: call for projects with decision by jury
Eligibility criteria
- Application must include at least two partners: a local or regional public authority and a lead non-public entity (associations, NGOs, and sports federations from the eligible countries)
- The lead non-public entity must have existed for at least 12 months
- Project implementation period: 6 months
- Type of project: activities associated with the theme “Women, Sport and Health”
