The IOC Young Leaders Programme (formerly known as IOC Young Change-Makers) supports young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 25 to deliver projects that use sport as a vehicle for sustainable development, healthy and active lifestyles, social integration and peace in their local communities.

The IOC Young Leaders Programme is an initiative for social entrepreneurship through sport supported by the International Olympic Committee in collaboration with its official partner, Panasonic.
