Play International brings together Senegalese associations for a “Sport and Development” seminar

In Dakar, the last two days were filled with the holding of a seminar on "Sport and Development" for some fifteen Senegalese civil society organisations (mainly associations).
Set up by Play International, with the support of the Agence Française de Développement and La Guilde, this seminar aimed to present Play International’s method of education through play (theory and practice), to highlight different existing initiatives, but also to provide the associations present with tools for setting up projects and seeking funding.
Sport Impact was asked to present the Sport en Commun platform and also the existing funding opportunities.
This was a great opportunity to bring together the different participants and other members of the ecosystem in Senegal.
