Fulfilling yourself through basketball
Context
In Togo, young people represent nearly 32% of the total population (UNFPA, 2021). They face challenges in terms of education and access to employment that affect their development and well-being. The education system in Togo is marked by a high repetition rate, a low level of school achievement and an imbalance between the education system and the national economy. Regarding access to employment, only 22% of young people aged between 15 and 24 years are in employment (World Bank, 2017).
