A project managed by Child Welfare Limpopo

Child Welfare SA Limpopo is a registered Child Protection organisation operating in Limpopo Province, South Africa. The NGO believes that sport is an inspiring tool, also for inclusion and to guarantee fundamental rights of children, such as the right to play.
The programme incorporates both sports and Life Skills training for both adolescent girls and boys from rural villages. Each team will be assigned a coach and a community volunteer from the same village where it is based. The top winners with more winning points from both groups (girls and boys) will have to challenge each other in a football championship. The total cost of the programme is estimated at €50,919.

Context
